Key Execution Focus

• Leadership Bridge & Strategic Alignment:
  Partner directly with the founders and executive team to translate high-level vision into clear, executable operating plans, maintaining alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering.
• Operating Rhythm & Accountability:
  Design and run the company's operating system-leading executive meetings, quarterly planning cycles, and company-wide OKR tracking to keep execution sharp and measurable.
• Cross-Functional Special Projects:
  Lead high-stakes, ambiguous initiatives from scoping through completion, stepping into critical operational gaps and building the 0-to-1 systems needed as the business scales.
• Global Execution & Commercial Extension:
  Function as the CEO's extension in high-stakes customer meetings, strategic partner discussions, and international expansion motions across LATAM and Europe.
