Business Continuity Analyst – Hybrid

Senior Business Continuity / Operational Resilience professional to join its Enterprise Business Resilience team.

The role will help strengthen and mature the organization’s global Business Continuity program while supporting a significant volume of business continuity activity.

• Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) with business stakeholders and assess critical processes, impacts, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
• Develop and challenge recovery strategies and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), ensuring plans are practical and aligned to business needs.
• Analyze dependencies across people, processes, technology, facilities, and third parties.
• Coordinate and facilitate BCP testing, tabletop exercises, and recovery exercises
  ; evaluate results and drive remediation.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and other stakeholders to improve resilience capabilities and preparedness.
• Support program metrics, reporting, training, governance, and continuous improvement
  .
• Help advance the program toward a higher level of maturity and alignment with ISO 22301 and evolving global regulatory requirements
  .

• 5+ years of hands-on Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or related experience.
• Strong experience with BIA, BCP development, recovery strategies, dependency analysis, and testing/exercises
  .
• Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated environment
  .
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and constructively challenge business stakeholders when recovery strategies or assumptions need to be strengthened.
• Experience with Metric Stream or other BCM/GRC platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 22301, DORA, MAS, SEBI, or similar regulatory frameworks is beneficial.
