Superintendent, General Contractor

Overview

• Competitive salary $160,000 – $175,000 per year

Manage project teams and multiple subcontractors, oversee master schedules, project coordination, planning, and logistics, ensure specifications, timelines, quality, safety, and profitability, produce progress reports, control costs, conduct job meetings, and resolve issues.

Projects under $50million each, with multiple sites throughout the Bay Area; assignments based on candidate’s city of residence.

• 3+ years as a Superintendent at a general contractor
• Extensive experience with commercial tenant improvement, science/technology, and/or healthcare projects
• Proficiency with MS Project/Office and Procore
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Employment longevity and stability
