Senior Estimator & Preconstruction Manager

We're looking for a Senior Estimator & Preconstruction Manager to lead planning, estimating and preconstruction services for complex projects throughout the Sacramento area.

We've built lasting relationships with public and private clients by approaching every project with early collaboration, practical solutions and experienced preconstruction leadership. As our portfolio continues to grow, we're seeking a proven leader who enjoys solving complex challenges and positioning projects for success before construction even begins.

You'll lead estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, procurement strategy and client coordination while partnering with executive leadership, operations and business development to help secure and deliver high-quality projects across Northern California.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading precon and estimating efforts for commercial, education, government, public works or private real estate development projects
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills

Competitive compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $150,000 - $195,000, annual bonus opportunity, 401(k), comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.
