Responsibilities- Architectural Drafting 2d with Autocad
- Site verification of existing structure (dimensions, locations of door, elec panel, etc) with photos of existing interior and exterior
- Perform tasks with minimal supervision
Optional: architectural 3d modeling
Nice to have- Ability to pick up stamped permit sets and deliver them to the job site
