Intern, Industrial Design

Bould Design is looking for an exceptional industrial design intern to join our award-winning studio.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a small, experienced team and contribute to every phase of the design process—from early concept development through production. As an intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience on real client programs while developing the skills, judgement, and attention to detail that come from working in a professional design consultancy.

We're looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, self‑motivated, and eager to learn. Our projects span the leading edge of design, technology, and manufacturing—from ambitious startups to category‑defining global brands.

You might be a good fit if you have a strong combination of the following:

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
• Strong sketching, visualization, and form development skills
• Good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Solid Works, Key Shot, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong curiosity about products, manufacturing, and how things are made
• Interest in developing concepts through to production
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Collaborative, analytical, and self‑motivated mindset
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Competitive hourly compensation, depending on experience
