Dermatology Physician

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician to provide locum services in San Mateo, CA. Coverage is needed ASAP.

Job Details:

• Setting: Provider will be working predominantly all outpatient clinic, but call consults (if any) may be inpatient. Level 1/2/3 Trauma Center, Community Hospital, Urgent Care
• Shift/Schedule Details: Thursdays would be ideal, 2-3x/month, 8a-5p. Would also consider:
  Wednesday afternoons, Monday mornings and some Monday afternoons.
  Contract Length: 6 months, ongoing
  Call:
  Some call possible. We could also look at a remote video consult a few hours a week
• Patient Volume: 24
• Support Team: 1 nursing support staff
• EMR System: EPIC
• Skills/Procedures/Required Case Types: perform biopsies, manage cases that could not be managed through photo review (because we have a telederm platform where doctors submit photos to a remote dermatologist). Ability to manage pediatric derm.
• Additional Details: mix of general medical derm and complex medical derm, no Mohs
