Preschool Lead Teachers

Your role will include:

* Leading a joyful, developmentally appropriate classroom

* Designing lessons aligned with our framework while infusing your own creativity

* Supporting students' cognitive, emotional, and social development

* Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families

* Conducting assessments and leading conferences

Requirements:

* 12+ ECE units (core required); AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

* 2+ years of preschool classroom experience

* Strong classroom management and collaborative spirit

* Enthusiasm, leadership, and a nurturing heart
