- BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in wire harness design and 3D CAD modeling.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6.
- Experience designing electrical/electronic boxes, including layout and packaging of components.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and connector systems.
- Demonstrated release of hardware products with firmware/software dependencies.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, defense, or industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC considerations in wire routing and enclosure design.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping methods for enclosures (3D printing, CNC machining).
- Experience with industry technologies and protocols including CAN, Automotive Ethernet, A2B, and power distribution.
- Solid understanding of wiring standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, MIL-STD, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.
