Responsibilities- Follow directions and adhere closely to process details for each assignment.
- Assist engineers in the development of new products and optimize the manufacturing process.
- Develop solutions and alternative assembly techniques to resolve issues.
- Accurately assemble and test electronic hardware from engineering prototypes through short run production.
- Inspect work from other technicians in the Engineering Lab as a Quality Delegate.
- Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Technical training in soldering or trade school is preferred.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Proficient in Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Hands-on lab experience with assembly tools and instruments like soldering irons and oscilloscopes.
