• We are seeking an experienced Hardware Lead with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in residential solar energy systems and battery storage solutions.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in battery performance, solar panel integration, and overall system optimization within residential environments.
• This role will lead to hardware initiatives related to solar and battery systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• The Hardware Lead will oversee system design support, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver high‑quality renewable energy solutions.
• Effective communication skills are essential, as this role requires clear collaboration with engineering teams, installers, vendors, and customers.

• Lead hardware initiatives for residential solar and battery storage systems.
• Analyse and optimize battery performance for solar panel integration.
• Support system design, installation guidance, and technical troubleshooting.
• Evaluate hardware components to ensure efficiency, durability, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams to improve system performance.
• Monitor and resolve hardware-related issues in residential deployments.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• 3–5 years of experience in residential solar and battery storage systems
• Strong understanding of battery technologies (e.g., lithium‑ion) and energy storage performance
• Experience working with solar panel systems and inverters.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize hardware systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide technical teams.
