Radar Test Engineer

Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting vehicle testing and radar system validation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for advancing cutting-edge automotive solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $68/hour + Benefits

** What's the Job?*
* + Schedule and coordinate vehicle testing campaigns, including structured and unstructured tests

+ Perform radar firmware validation and evaluate next-generation radar systems

+ Manage logistics and arrangements for test campaigns to ensure smooth operations

+ Handle warranty returns and coordinate with radar suppliers

+ Assist with thermal testing to validate new trims and enclosures, and develop radar test setups including gimbal and automation scripts

** What's Needed?*
* + Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

+ Experience working with Linux systems and Ethernet communication protocols

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

+ Additional skills in scripting with Python or other automation tools and exposure to autonomous vehicle hardware testing are preferred
