Engineering Technician

Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineering Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be an essential part of the Test & Diagnostic Engineering department, supporting the development, validation, and troubleshooting of automated test stations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop, build, validate, troubleshoot, and support automated test stations in both laboratory and high-volume production settings

+ Create and review detailed test and process documentation, providing insights for continuous improvement

+ Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and testing processes

+ Follow technical drawings, instructions, and specifications to ensure precise execution of tasks

+ Travel between work sites as needed to support testing operations and installations

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate degree or higher in electrical, electronics, or mechanical technology with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience

+ Proven ability to build and maintain industrial-grade test systems

+ Strong skills in reading electrical schematics and engineering drawings

+ Experience assembling and repairing wiring harnesses

+ Familiarity with standard electrical lab equipment such as digital multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
