The hiring team is specifically looking for a technically strong leader who still enjoys being hands-on with the work. Someone who can mentor engineers, solve complex building issues, support major maintenance activities, and lead by example.
You'll be supporting a high-profile corporate campus comprising multiple commercial office buildings, modern infrastructure, landscaped grounds, and a highly professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities- Lead engineering operations across a multi-building corporate campus
- Supervise and develop a team of building engineers and technicians
- Maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements
- Coordinate specialist contractors and service providers
- Support capital projects, upgrades, and system improvements
- Monitor building performance and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and occupants
- Remain actively involved in field activities and technical problem-solving
- Proven experience supervising or leading engineering teams
- Excellent HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on engineering work
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Motivated, energetic, and adaptable mindset
- 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory engineering role
- Experience with in Class A commercial office, corporate campus, technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or institutional environments
- Experience supporting large-scale facilities and critical building infrastructure
- Previous Union Experienced
- $93.35 per hour
