Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Hardware Software Integration Engineer to join their team. As a Hardware Software Integration Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Software Integration department supporting vehicle development and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and drive debugging of hardware-software issues to resolution, ensuring reliable vehicle operation.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

+ Develop and refine test plans and specifications to support manufacturing and vehicle assembly processes.

+ Create test automation and utilize analysis tools to enhance debugging and test coverage.

+ Design new processes and workflows to improve fleet stability and operational efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

+ Minimum of 2+ years of relevant industry experience in hardware, firmware, and software integration.

+

Experience with hardware interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, USB, UART, LIN, I2C, SPI, and related testing/debugging tools.

+ Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages, along with familiarity with version control and debugging tools.

+ Ability to determine root causes of complex issues and communicate findings effectively.
