Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of our critical reliability programs. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of software development, data infrastructure, and hardware operations, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment during a high-complexity delivery phase.

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of Technical Program Management experience driving delivery in hybrid hardware/software environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs spanning hardware development, data infrastructure, and operations.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) including structure boards, epics, and delivery reporting.
• Familiarity with data concepts (SQL, schema design, ETL workflows) sufficient to track delivery and communicate status - not expected to write production code.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Prior experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, or aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, or prognostic health management concepts.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data/ML platform tooling.

• Drive delivery execution across multiple concurrent work streams, each with distinct engineering teams, timelines, and dependencies.
• Run program cadences including standups, cross-team syncs, deployment readiness reviews, and documentation review cycles.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering on infrastructure delivery milestones including schema migrations, data pipeline hardening, and platform integrations.
