Revo's purpose is to monitor and maximize the life of tires. Our hardware quality engineers ensure that our devices in the field meet the rigorous standards required to keep automotive vehicles safe on the road.

• Lead hardware quality roadmap development, strategy, and execution
• Analyze data from internal testing and customer deployments to discover and mitigate issues
• Triage and investigate hardware issues reported by customers and partners
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve our hardware systems and processes
• Devise requirements for in-line testing, end-of-line testing, and acceptance testing
• Review documentation for manufacturing processes
• Balance the needs of our customers with the capabilities of our solution
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Experience with building or deploying hardware products deployed at scale
• Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience applying statistical analyses to engineering problems

• 2+ years of experience in hardware quality
• Passion for automotive safety
• Experience working with remote manufacturing partners
• Prior experience in IoT hardware
• Prior startup experience
• Ability to thrive under pressure
