Director of Product

• Work alongside the CEO to refine and translate Archie's product vision into an actionable roadmap
• Balance vision-driven and customer-driven product development
• Map the company vision into a focused product strategy and feature roadmap
• Embed with customers, understand their workflows, and incorporate use cases into the roadmap
• Develop feature specifications and requirements with engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineering leaders on overall product architecture
• Lead the product from emerging AI capability to trusted, sustained use in real engineering environments
• Set rigorous standards for performance, evaluations, reliability, and graceful failure modes
• Build and lead a world-class product team while remaining hands-on with discovery, design, and delivery

• Experience designing complex physical systems
• Intimate familiarity with engineering design for complex systems
• Experience in data center cooling and power systems, automotive, aerospace, or defense is advantageous
• Thorough understanding of modern AI models, agents, evals, harnesses, limitations, and failure modes
• Experience taking an AI product from early capability to sustained customer adoption
• Hands-on experience with product discovery, design, and delivery
• Ability to attract top talent and motivate a team
• Conviction that AI building the physical world will be beneficial and transformative
• Must address US/Canada work sponsorship requirements

Demonstrates expertise in product strategy and development, particularly in translating complex engineering visions into actionable roadmaps. Proven ability to lead product teams while integrating customer insights and modern AI capabilities into product design and delivery.
