About the Role

We are in search of a dynamic Vice President of Finance to lead our finance and accounting teams. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a strategic financial plan aligned with our organizational mission, ensuring our financial health and sustainability. You will be at the forefront of driving financial planning and budgeting processes, managing our revenue cycle, and overseeing financial operations to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years in a senior financial management position and a strong track record in both strategic and tactical financial leadership. Expertise in revenue cycle management, especially within the healthcare or behavioral health sectors, is crucial.

As Vice President of Finance, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing the finance and accounting teams effectively.
  • Formulating and implementing a robust financial strategy.
  • Ensuring the organization meets its financial objectives.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of reimbursement methodologies.
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to address financial matters.
  • Providing transparent financial performance reports for stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong financial planning and forecasting skills, a solid grasp of fiscal management principles, and a deep commitment to our mission. Advanced computer skills, knowledge of GAAP, and experience in building and leading high-performance teams are essential. You will work closely with the CEO, CDO, and other senior managers, excelling in managing financial controls and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
