The OpportunityThis is the role for an investor who wants to go beyond execution and truly own their work — from sourcing and diligence through close and portfolio engagement. As Senior Investment Associate, you will sit at the center of the firm's investment process, partnering directly with senior leadership on growth equity opportunities across the firm's target sectors, software, cybersecurity, and fintech companies.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across the growth equity and private equity landscape
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence on prospective investments
- Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and closing in direct partnership with senior team members
- Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to strategic initiatives driving operational improvement and value creation
- Prepare and present investment memoranda and recommendations to the investment committee
- Build and maintain relationships with industry executives, entrepreneurs, and deal sources
- Support fundraising efforts and internal business development initiatives
- Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to strengthen overall team capability
- 4+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or top-tier management consulting
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with a strong track record in deal execution and investment analysis
- Sector experience in software, cybersecurity, and/or fintech companies
- Familiarity with portfolio management and value creation strategies
- Established network of industry relationships for deal sourcing and diligence
- Exposure to cross-border transactions or international investments
