We are seeking an experienced Relationship Banker / New Accounts CSR to support clients in a community banking environment. This role focuses on opening new accounts, building customer relationships, supporting branch growth, and cross-selling banking products based on client needs. Level may be determined based on experience, ranging from CSR II to CSR III or Senior level.

• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust/Estate accounts
• Process new account transactions with accurate documentation, proper titling, and clean digital recordkeeping
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and branch goals
• Assist clients with account maintenance, inquiries, and service requests
• Perform teller transactions as needed and maintain strong balancing accuracy
• Follow all banking compliance requirements, including BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, OFAC, and information security
• Partner with branch leadership and internal teams to support customer retention and branch growth

• Recent U.S. retail, community, or branch banking experience required
• Hands-on experience opening consumer accounts; business account experience preferred
• Strong sales, referral, cross-selling, or KPI-based performance experience
• Working knowledge of banking compliance, including BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, and OFAC
• Experience with core banking systems and digital account documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-focused service
