Overview

Bank of America is looking for a banking associate to engage clients in the lobby, provide education on self‑service resources, and process cash transactions. The role involves building relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and protecting the bank’s risk culture.

• Engage lobby clients to educate and assist with self‑service banking transactions.
• Accurately process cash transactions for clients.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

• Hourly rate $25.00 – $27.88, based on experience, education, and skill set.
• Base salary only; not incentive eligible.
