Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Occupational Therapists to join us in San Mateo and surrounding locations in CA.

FOX Rehabilitation offers one-on-one, in-home and clinic-based therapy focused on functional outcomes for older adults. Therapists have the flexibility to shape their schedules within an interdisciplinary team and are supported by a comprehensive mentor program and professional development opportunities.

• Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in an interdisciplinary approach with a team focused on functional outcomes.
• Utilize clinically autonomous interventions and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in or lead clinical activities that support patient care and program goals.
• Collaborate with clinicians to create, control, and adapt treatment schedules within the role’s flexible structure.

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

In California, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually with opportunities to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) roles are pro-rated.
