Our IOP Master’s level internship aims to assist in developing competent and ethical entry-level clinicians who are confident in their ability to provide quality, specialized treatment to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing obsessive‑compulsive, anxiety, and trauma‑related disorders. This internship is based within OCD Anxiety Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where interns will obtain professional/clinical development related to individual and family psychotherapy, crisis management, various forms of group facilitation, and documentation.
Interns will develop their practical understanding of evidence‑based therapeutic interventions such as exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy‑prolonged exposure (DBT‑PE), and crisis response planning. Interns may also have the opportunity to create a community and/or an organizational project working with our marketing, outreach, quality and assurance, or office management teams.
At OCD Anxiety Centers, we are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those struggling with anxiety disorders. Through evidence‑based practices and continuous learning, we strive to provide the highest quality care to our clients and their families. If you're seeking a rewarding career where you can grow both personally and professionally, we invite you to be a part of our team.
