Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and has experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of life challenges.

San Mateo, California (In-person or hybrid options may be available)

Employment Type:

Full-time Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 a year plus benefits Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the client's needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for case consultation Participate in ongoing training and professional development Requirements Active LMFT license in the state of California Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills
