Technical Recruiter

About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with the Software Engineering Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented engineering professionals to join our world‑class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!

This position is on‑site in San Mateo, CA; not remote.

• Full cycle end‑to‑end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing)
• Develop relationships with the Software Engineering team to collaborate during the hiring process
• Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Software Engineering Organization
• Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent:
  Use strategic platforms and creative engagement strategies to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates (IC, Manager+)>
• Manage a full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and managing the interview schedule
• Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Deliver a high touch, high‑quality transparent, and honest candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of successful full cycle technical recruiting experience
• Strong ability to influence using collaboration
• Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment
• Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
• Commitment to excellence and top performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local to the Bay Area – HQ in San Mateo, CA (or open to relocation)

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on‑target earnings (OTE) range for full‑time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$135,000 - $155,000 USD
