Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer
, you'll become the strategic People partner to the Chief Technology Officer
, helping build an organization capable of supporting its next stage of growth.

Working alongside the Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer, you'll help shape the people strategy and organizational capability behind a rapidly scaling Technology organization.

You'll influence how leadership teams are built, how the organization evolves, and how the business continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional technical talent.

As the senior HR leader supporting Engineering & Technology, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO and Technology Leadership Team.

You’ll help answer the questions that define the next phase of growth.

How should the organization evolve as it scales?

What leadership capability will be required over the coming years?

How do you build an environment where exceptional technical talent chooses to stay?

How do you introduce the right level of structure without slowing innovation?

These aren't HR questions.

They're business questions.

Your role is to help leadership answer them.

You're at your best partnering with highly capable leaders and solving complex organizational challenges.

You've earned credibility supporting Engineering, Product or Technology organizations and understand the realities of scaling technical teams.

You bring commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity and the confidence to challenge thinking when required.

Most importantly, you've experienced growth from the inside.

You've seen the discipline that comes with sophisticated organizations while also navigating the pace, ambiguity and continual evolution of high-growth environments.

You know when to introduce structure.

And when to get out of the way.

You believe exceptional HR isn't measured by the policies it creates.

It's measured by the quality of the organization it helps build.
