We are seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Analyst to support an Epic implementation and system expansion initiative. This role will focus on the design, development, and optimization of analytics and reporting solutions using Epic Cogito tools.
The analyst will collaborate with operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards, reports, and data models that support decision‑making, regulatory reporting, and performance improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Implementation & Build- Support analytics design and build activities during Epic implementation and expansion.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Cogito tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, Slicer Dicer, Clarity, Caboodle).
- Configure data models and validate extracts within Clarity and Caboodle environments.
- Assist in defining data governance and reporting standards during implementation.
- Design executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and quality reports.
- Build custom Reporting Workbench reports and work queues.
- Develop Radar dashboards aligned with organizational KPIs.
- Support self‑service analytics tools and end‑user education.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.
- Support data reconciliation between source systems and reporting databases.
- Participate in data governance committees and standard metric definitions.
- Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.
- Support onboarding of new service lines or entities during Epic expansion.
- Evaluate existing reporting structures and recommend optimization strategies.
- Identify opportunities to standardize enterprise metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Support performance improvement and value‑based care initiatives.
- Gather requirements from clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders.
- Partner with application analysts to understand workflow impacts on reporting.
- Support testing cycles during implementation.
- Provide go‑live and post‑go‑live reporting support.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

CompensationThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
