Sendbird is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. As the FDP, you will lead high‑impact customer deployments of our AI Agent platform—from pilot to production—while acting as the connective tissue between customer feedback and Sendbird’s core product roadmap.

• 2–4 years of product‑management or other product‑facing experience (consulting firm is a huge plus)
• CS degree or other technical equivalent
• Understanding of code but a desire to be more business‑facing
• Mission‑driven builder who thrives at the edge of product, engineering, and customer success
• Enjoys fast‑paced environments, loves solving messy problems, and has a strong desire to make an immediate impact through close collaboration with real users
• Confidence to lead externally and humility to learn quickly
• Spontaneous and adventurous—frequent travel, sometimes on short notice

• Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and design production‑grade agents that deliver measurable value
• Capture insights from the field and turn them into clear feedback for product and engineering teams
• Contribute to internal tooling and playbooks that enable faster and more reliable future deployments

• Technical familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, or agent‑based systems
• Curiosity about how AI can solve real‑world business problems
• Hands‑on mindset—excited to build, test, and iterate alongside engineers and customers
• Ability to work directly with customers and distill complex or vague needs into clear product outcomes
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity—move fast, adapt quickly, and drive progress without waiting for perfect plans

• Prior 0→1 product experience—ideally having built and launched something from scratch, such as in a founder or early team role
• Experience working with agent frameworks, LLM pipelines, or AI/ML tooling
