Test Engineer

Test Engineer We're looking for passionate Test Engineer who is excited about ensuring all products meet quality criteria and enable talview to develop the kick-ass platform. You'll enjoy working in a fantastic working environment and opportunity to work with some of the best minds.

Roles & Responsibilities :
· Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual to test modifications to Talview products to ensure they are fit for purpose, consistent, and compliant with delivery standards and guidelines.
· You will ensure modifications are fully regression testable and delivered on schedule.
· Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, test scenarios and Steps in tools like Jira/Redmine.
· Rigorously planning, writing, and executing test scripts.
· Perform manual as well as automation regression testing.
· Creation and maintenance of test data, tools, and scripts.
· Execute test plans manually and conduct automatic and manual functional and exploratory testing.
· Drive SIT and UAT testing with the customer and report observations on daily scrum
· To complete testing in line with agreed time frames and by following the documented business processes using the appropriate test management and automation tools.
· Identifying issues, risks, and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate
· To provide product handovers to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
· Continually update skills by learning new technologies relevant to the role.

Education & Experience
1. 4+ years of experience
2. BE/B.Tech degree preferred
3. Good communication Skill
