UX Designer - Remote

The Select Group is partnering with a publicly traded SaaS organization in the customer experience space to support the evolution of their web experience and digital foundation. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a design system that drives consistency, performance, and long-term usability across their marketing web platform.

This is an opportunity to work alongside UX leadership, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish structured, scalable design components that power meaningful digital experiences.

What You'll Bring

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including variables, variable collections, component properties, themes, and modes
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems at a granular level
• Strong understanding of component architecture, reusable patterns, and scalable system thinking
• Experience translating research insights and analytics into actionable design decisions
• Comfort operating independently while owning defined work streams
• A portfolio that reflects system-level thinking and structured execution

Bonus Experience

• Experience in SaaS or B2B web environments
• Familiarity with user testing methodologies such as usability testing or moderated testing
• Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Content Square, or similar platforms
• Experience collaborating in environments that support design-to-code workflows

What You'll Do

• Build and refine scalable design system components within Figma
• Establish reusable patterns that support long-term maintainability and consistency
• Partner with UX leadership to execute defined initiatives and reduce bandwidth constraints
• Support ongoing research and validation efforts by incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights
• Contribute to improving overall consistency, scalability, and quality of the web experience
