Deep Tempo is pioneering the use of purpose built vertical foundation models in cybersecurity.

Our intelligent detection layer is based on our LogLM, a purpose built model designed specifically for high-volume logs and network telemetry, delivering unusually high accuracy and adaptability across network, cloud, and application environments.

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with enterprise, telco, technology, managed service and governmental customers deploying Deep Tempo’s detection layer in their environments. Additionally, this person will assist in joint solution development with strategic partners and be a field facing voice advocating for and generating awareness.

This position is also a trusted advisor and visionary and a voice of the customer back into product development and management. It sits at the intersection of architecture, cyber operations, distributed systems, and customer partnership.

You will embed deeply with customers — helping design, deploy, tune, and operationalize Deep Tempo in real-world environments. You will influence architecture decisions, shape product direction based on field learnings, and ensure our technology delivers measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise security and cloud systems, has worked in or alongside security teams, and enjoys translating advanced technology into operational outcomes. • Customer Deployment & Architecture:
  Lead design and deployment of Deep Tempo within enterprise and federal environments: on-prem, cloud, hybrid, or SaaS ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Architect secure, resilient infrastructure aligned with enterprise constraints and compliance requirements.
• Build reusable deployment frameworks and automation patterns.

• Partner with SOC and security teams to operationalize detections, workflows, and investigations.
• Advise on logging strategy, telemetry quality, and detection maturity.
• Support threat modeling, response integration, and workflow design.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs and technical leadership
• Lead joint technical engagements with strategic partners
• Propose and design joint solutions with strategic partners.
• Surface structured feedback that meaningfully shapes roadmap decisions.
• Customize and implement the Intelligent Detection Layer.

• Lead technical onboarding sessions and workshops.
• Produce architecture documentation, deployment guides, and playbooks.
• Help customers move from proof-of-concept to production maturity.
