Overview Of

The Role

The Head of Client Growth will lead and inspire a high‑performing team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers across the Americas region. This role is pivotal in driving long‑term client partnerships, sustainable revenue growth, and excellence in delivery within InMobi’s performance business.

You will act as the strategic steward of client relationships - ensuring that our largest advertisers see InMobi as their trusted growth partner. You’ll bring together deep programmatic expertise, commercial acumen, and cross‑functional collaboration to expand business from existing clients, strengthen retention, and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers to deliver quarterly revenue and margin goals.
  • Build a high‑performing, data‑driven culture focused on accountability, learning, and proactive client management.
  • Identify and groom future leaders within the Client Growth organization.
  • Client Strategy & Relationship Management
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts, building trusted senior‑level relationships across marketing, product, and data teams at client organizations.
  • Oversee annual and quarterly business planning across key accounts, ensuring account strategies are aligned with advertiser objectives and regional business priorities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute account expansion strategies (upsell/cross‑sell initiatives).
  • Revenue & Business Performance
  • Own overall client growth revenue targets for the region and drive predictable quarterly performance through disciplined pipeline and retention management.
  • Analyze account performance and trends to identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, or efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure robust account forecasting, revenue hygiene, and margin control processes are in place.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Trading, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and innovation for clients.
  • Partner with Marketing and Enablement teams to institutionalize client success stories, best practices, and scalable playbooks.
  • Represent the Client Growth function in leadership discussions, ensuring voice of customer is reflected in product and strategic decisions.
