Job Overview

Our partners are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-share company hire a customer services Operator dispatcher to be responsible for testing and operation of the remote monitoring/control system for autonomous vehicles.

Fleet Support Specialist will collaborate with the scheduling team to secure repair slots and optimize vehicle repair time, review vehicle issues, maintain data, assist in technical documentation, support reporting, perform quality inspections, order parts, interface with teams, and manage work orders across systems.

• Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations.
• Respond to and manage critical mission needs.
• Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations.
• Assist with testing and data collection.
• Work closely with SW, QA and UX to improve the Interface.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours.

• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Suites.
• 2+ years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Analytics, or related fields.
• Excellent computer skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
