The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Senior RWE Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is Remote for candidates based in the United States. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Lead the design, execution, and communication of RWE studies across the product lifecycle
- Serve as the scientific lead for high-impact observational studies and ECAs
- Support study design, protocol/SAP development, data source evaluation, vendor oversight, analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Provide RWE expertise for regulatory submissions (MAA, BLA, sBLA) and agency interactions
- Ensure scientific rigor, transparency, and reproducibility of RWE methodologies
- Identify opportunities where RWE can address clinical and market access gaps
- Collaborate with external physicians, academic partners, registries, and data vendors
- Mentor team members on RWE methodology, analytics, and best practices
Qualifications:
- PhD, MD, ScD, Pharm
D, or related doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Medicine, or similar field with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience - Strong expertise in observational study design, causal inference, real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registries), bias/confounding, and sensitivity analyses
- Excellent scientific communication and technical writing skills
- Prior experience in hematology/oncology strongly preferred
- 4+ years within the Biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred, including regulatory and payer-focused RWE application
