The Role We're looking for a Product Analyst Intern to join our product team and support ongoing efforts to measure product performance and improve user experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager to track the success of new feature releases, understand user behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization across user journeys. What You'll Actually DoAssist in analyzing product usage data to evaluate feature performance and user engagement.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key products and funnel metrics.

Collaborate with the data science team to design and interpret experiments (A/B tests, behavioral analysis, etc.).Work with the UX research team to combine quantitative and qualitative insights for a holistic understanding of user behaviour.

Identify trends, patterns, and friction points within the user journey and present actionable insights to the product team.

Support documentation efforts for internal stakeholders and customers facing documents for new releases. You Might Be a Fit If…You have:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel is an advantage.

Ability to understand product features and convert technical information into clear, user friendly content.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a keen interest in understanding how content impacts user experience and product success.
