We have an urgent requirement for a Commercial Data & Analytics SME/Lead role based out of the Foster City office. This is a strategic business-facing role, not a pure engineering/reporting position.

Responsibilities

* We are looking for someone who can engage in a consultative discussion with Commercial stakeholders and help shape the roadmap for commercial data, analytics, launch enablement, and AI-driven use cases across different markets.

* Work hands-on with SQL for Analytical Requirement Document (ARD) design and development

* Apply data modelling and data warehousing concepts to support scalable analytics solutions

* Translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven analytical solutions

* Engage directly with clients, clearly articulating insights and recommendations

* Manage, mentor, and guide an offshore delivery team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
