We are looking for highly motivated Solution Architect (Non-SAP) who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the Next Labs Data-centric security.
Qualifications- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Total of 12+ years of experience in technology field
- Help build, from the ground up, a greenfield Identity Management program that modernizes the user experience and provides zero-trust security
- Be instrumental in creating, evolving, and supporting Identity Management and Access Governance processes, best practices, guidelines, and standards
- Hands on and working knowledge of data governance and data security
- Advise and mentor various teams on the IAM and Data Centric Security approach, architecture, and standards
- Experience as a Solution Architect in large enterprise application such as ERP implementations with experience in making technical architecture decisions is a plus
- Build relationships with Cyber Security, Dev Sec Ops , Product teams and the business to translate requirements into technical projects
- Drive adoption of IAM, GRC, or Enterprise Data Security architecture, design, best practices across the organization
- Deep understanding of user lifecycle management and customer lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience designing IAM architecture with modern security, testing and documentation principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and help build a greenfield IAM Program
- 6+ years in architecting, planning, building, and supporting IAM Solutions
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure
- Extensive experience with Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign On, and SAML
- Extensive experience with Privileged Identity/Access Management
- Experience with runtime authorization and access management (ABAC) is a plus
- Demonstrated experience mentoring teams on Identity Management architecture initiatives
- Experience with audits, both internal and external
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional team members
- Self-starter with aptitude and hunger for learning new technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with executives, peers, customers and partners
