As a Communications Associate Director aligned to EY's Consumer and Health Industry Group, you will play a critical role in shaping how we communicate our strategy and priorities across the organization.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to industry leadership, translating business priorities into clear, relevant and actionable internal communications that drive alignment, enable decision-making and support transformation.

Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will lead internal communications strategies that connect industry priorities with broader firm initiatives, ensuring consistency, clarity and impact across audiences.

Key Responsibilities *
* + Serve as a strategic communications advisor to Consumer and Health Industry leadership, providing counsel on messaging, market activation of firm-wide and sector specific priorities, and internal positioning.

+ Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support industry campaigns and initiatives, drive alignment and enable behavior change across the organization.

+ Translate business strategy-including sector growth priorities, go-to-market focus and cross-service line collaboration-into clear, compelling and audience-centric communications.

+ Lead internal communications that help ensure the targeted audiences understand what matters, what's changing and what it means for them-connecting day-to-day work to broader business priorities.

+ Develop leadership communications, including talking points, presentations and key messages that enable leaders to communicate with clarity and consistency.

+ Partner across service lines, Growth Markets, other industry teams and BMC functions to ensure aligned messaging and coordinated execution.

+ Use data and insights to measure communications effectiveness and continuously refine strategy

+ Lead, coach and develop Assistant Directors and Supervising Associates, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative team culture

* + Extensive experience leading corporate, market‑facing or leadership communications in a complex, matrixed organization

+ Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and partners with confidence and credibility

+ Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics

+ Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long‑term vision and near‑term execution

+ Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high‑performing teams

+ High level of judgment, attention to detail and comfort operating in high‑visibility environments

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

+ High discretion and professionalism

** Ideally, you'll also have*
* + 10-12 years of experience in executive or internal communications

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

+ Experience supporting senior leaders in complex organizations

+ Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality executive materials under tight timelines
