About Snap Logic
Snap Logic is the Agentic Integration Company, integrating AI, data, applications, and microservices into one powerful platform that transforms how enterprises connect, automate, and scale. Built for the AI era, Snap Logic empowers every team across the enterprise to secure, fast‑build, smart, AI‑connected workflows through natural language and intuitive low‑code design.
The RoleSnap Logic’s core platform is the engine that powers the business. It spans a control plane that manages, orchestrates, and governs the product, and a data plane that executes integrations at scale across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments, along with an observability layer that makes the system measurable, debuggable, and trustworthy. It’s the infrastructure on which generative integration is possible. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for this platform—treating it as a product with internal teams and external developers as customers—and to ensure it delivers reliability, scalability, security, and generative and agentic capabilities for the world’s most demanding enterprises.
As the owner of a foundational technology suite, you will report to the VP of Product Management, champion a platform‑as‑a‑product philosophy, partner with the AI product manager, and set the multi‑year direction for the platform.
This is a hybrid position based at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.
What You’ll Do- Own the platform vision. Define, evangelize, and execute a multi‑year vision and roadmap, driving alignment across engineering, product, and executive leadership.
- Own the control plane. Set direction for management, orchestration, configuration, and governance—including lifecycle management, safe rollout mechanics, multi‑tenancy, and security controls.
- Own the data plane. Drive performance, throughput, and resilience of runtime engines across cloud‑hosted, hybrid, and on‑premises models, including deployment inside customer environments.
- Own observability. Make the platform measurable and debuggable—telemetry, monitoring, alerting, SLOs/SLIs, and self‑service troubleshooting.
- Enable generative integration. Ensure the platform supports AI agents and MCP servers reliably and at scale, translating the product roadmap into platform capabilities.
- Champion the developer and operator experience. Drive APIs, SDKs, and documentation for a world‑class, self‑service experience.
- Tie investment to outcomes. Author business cases that link platform investments to measurable results such as faster go‑to‑market, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Set and defend KPIs and SLOs. Partner with Principal Engineers on architecture decisions and define enterprise‑grade reliability metrics.
- Prioritize and make trade‑offs. Own the roadmap and backlog, making hard prioritization calls to focus engineering on high‑impact work.
- Lead through influence. Guide cross‑functional teams through discovery, experimentation, launch, and iteration, building a culture of data‑driven decision making.
- Be the platform’s advocate. Communicate value and direction through clear writing, presentations, and thought leadership.
- Proven platform expertise. 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, focused on platform, infrastructure, PaaS, or API‑centric products.
- Deep technical fluency. Comfortable in discussions on distributed systems, runtime engines, microservices, data pipelines, and API design; hands‑on depth matters more than a degree.
- Runtime and deployment depth. Experience with products across multiple deployment models—multi‑tenant cloud, hybrid, or on‑premises/agent‑based—and an understanding of trade‑offs.
- Observability mindset. Familiar with telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and SLO/SLI‑driven operations; appreciates operator and admin experience.
- Fluency in the AI/agentic landscape. Working understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and protocols like MCP; interest in building the platform that enables generative integration.
- Enterprise‑grade experience. Strong grasp of security, reliability, and scalability for Global 2000 customers and track record of shipping meeting those requirements.
- Business‑savvy…
