About Snap Logic

Snap Logic is the Agentic Integration Company, integrating AI, data, applications, and microservices into one powerful platform that transforms how enterprises connect, automate, and scale. Unlike legacy integration tools, Snap Logic is built for the AI era and trusted by global leaders, including AstraZeneca, Adobe, Verizon, Epsilon and Sony. With its industry‑leading platform, Snap Logic empowers every team across the enterprise to securely build faster, smarter, AI‑connected workflows – all through natural language and intuitive low‑code design.

The Role:

Snap Logic's core platform is the engine the entire business runs on. It spans two tightly connected halves – the control plane that manages, orchestrates, and governs the product, and the data plane that executes integrations at scale across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments – plus the observability layer that makes the whole system measurable, debuggable, and trustworthy.

Today, this foundation is what makes generative integration possible: it's the infrastructure on which AI agents and MCP servers run. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for this platform – treating it as a product in its own right, with internal teams and external developers as your customers – and to ensure it delivers the reliability, scalability, security, and generative and agentic capabilities that the world's most demanding enterprises depend on.

You’ll operate as the owner of a foundational technology suite, reporting to the VP of Product Management. You'll champion a "platform‑as‑a‑product" philosophy, treating internal teams and external developers as first‑class customers, and set the multi‑year direction for where the platform goes next. You'll partner closely with the AI product manager to make sure the platform keeps pace with the product's generative and agentic roadmap.

Your success will show up in measurable ways: the reliability and performance our customers experience (uptime and SLO attainment across both planes), how quickly product teams can build on the platform, how readily it supports new generative and agentic workloads, how smoothly customers run in cloud and hybrid/on‑premises deployments, and the cost‑efficiency of operating the platform at scale.

This is a hybrid position based at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the platform vision. Define, evangelize, and execute a multi‑year vision and roadmap for the core platform, and drive alignment across engineering, product, and executive leadership so it serves the broader business strategy.
  • Own the control plane. Set the direction for how the platform is managed, orchestrated, configured, and governed – including configuration and lifecycle management, safe rollout mechanics (versioning, phased rollouts, rollback), multi‑tenancy, and the security and governance controls enterprises require.
  • Own the data plane. Drive the runtime that executes customer workloads – its performance, throughput, and resilience – across cloud‑hosted, hybrid, and on‑premises deployment models, including how runtime engines deploy inside customer environments and scale under enterprise load.
  • Own observability. Make the platform measurable and debuggable for the people who operate it. Drive the strategy for telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and SLOs/SLIs, and for the self‑service troubleshooting experience that lets customers and internal teams resolve issues quickly.
  • Enable generative integration. Ensure the platform is the foundation on which AI agents and MCP servers run reliably and tner with the AI product manager to translate the product's generative and agentic roadmap into the underlying platform capabilities it depends on.
  • Champion the developer and operator experience. Obsess over the end‑to‑end journey for the people who build on and run the platform. Drive the strategy for APIs, SDKs, and documentation to create a world‑class, self‑service experience.
  • Tie investment to outcomes. Author business cases that connect platform investments to measurable results — faster GTM for new products, infrastructure…
