Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and drive Sitecore-based website development and digital experience initiatives for a global pharma client.
* Project Management (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
* Business Analysis (requirements, process mapping, use cases)
* Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and drive Sitecore-based website development
and digital experience initiatives for a global pharma client.
The role requires strong stakeholder management,
cross-functional coordination
experience operating within regulated (GxP/MLR-aware) environments.
* Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Service Now
* Strong stakeholder communication & governance
Roles & Responsibilities
* Own project planning, scope, timelines, and delivery governance
* Drive requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, user stories)
* Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
* Manage stakeholders, communications, and expectations
* Track risks, issues, KPIs, and SLA adherence
* Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, backlog grooming)
* Coordinate across business, IT, and delivery teams
* Support UAT, demos, and deployment readiness Education
Bachelor's degree
Salary Range: $125000 - $135000 a year
