Overview
Salary: $90K+ with strong equity potential. The role is primarily support for clients via live chat, email, and phone.
Training will be provided for recent graduates, with a 0-6 year tech support experience window.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and support all IT-related topics including software, laptops, cell phones, desk phones, printers, and conferencing equipment.
- Provide live chat, email, and phone support, handling 60% live chat, 30% email, and 10% phone.
- Assist customers with any technology issues they encounter.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Basic computer networking knowledge, either professional or educational.
- Good communication skills.
- 0-6 years of tech support experience preferred.
