Tetrascience, Lab skills JD: 4+ years of experience in Tetrascience product, Lab experience, understanding of R&D lab domain, instrument and equipment related knowledge. Ability to work with senior stakeholders and lab scientists, ability to understand business requirements and suggest solutions, ability to comprehend the business details and translate to technical specifications to enable the technical team to implement solutions. Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Logical thinking and ability to conceive scenarios to support testing. Ability to support end users

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. This role requires proficiency in Discovery Consulting and Lab Automation, specifically LIMS/ELN. Expert knowledge on the Tetra Data Platform and its integration with various scientific instruments and software. Supporting the development and execution of technical strategies related to scientific data management using Tetra Science platform.

Responsibilities: A strong background in life sciences, with experience in areas such as drug discovery, development, or manufacturing. Deep understanding of scientific workflows, including lab information systems (ELN, LIMS, CDS, etc.) and data analysis tools. Experience with cloud computing, particularly AWS, and web APIs. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the development and execution of Point of View Collaterals to enhance strategic decision-making processes. Oversee risk management initiatives to ensure organizational resilience and compliance with industry standards. Provide expert insights through comprehensive white papers that drive innovation and thought leadership. Conduct in-depth domain research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement discovery consulting methodologies that optimize project outcomes.

Drive lab automation projects, focusing on LIMS/ELN systems, to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. Facilitate seamless integration of lab automation solutions into existing workflows to enhance productivity. Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies and decision-making. Support lead optimization efforts by leveraging advanced analytics and big data techniques. Ensure alignment of all functional activities with the company’s strategic objectives and societal impact goals.

Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements to drive innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

Having experience in Benchling and Implementation is an added advantage. Demonstrate proficiency in Discovery Consulting and Lab Automation, particularly LIMS/ELN systems. Experience in lead optimization and analytics/big data is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
