Lead - Procurement Systems

• Compensation: USD 105,000 - USD 130,000 - yearly

Freshworks is looking for a Lead - Procurement Systems to join the Procurement Operations team. You will be responsible for administration, configuration and maintenance of the systems and tools managed by the Procurement team. As the expert in procurement systems, you are also responsible for developing and communicating training of new tools or changes to existing ones. This person’s technical expertise will impact cross functional teams across the enterprise to standardize procurement requirements, help develop simple solutions for efficient processes designed for scale, and manage a best-in-class suite of Source to Pay products.

Supporting various systems, business processes, will require the establishment of key partnerships across the organization, such as IT. The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a collaborative, resourceful and independent self-starter.

Responsibilities
:

• Cross functional partnerships across Freshworks to drive procurement systems improvements and successful implementations.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of system design and functionality by being able to identify potential issues and offer creative solutions and alternatives.
• Effectively communicate status updates and risk assessments to the management team.
• Procurement system administration, configuration and maintenance.
• Manage data and system migrations.
• Supports activities related to procurement system implementation and improvement.
• Assess the training needs of end users, develop/enhance training materials, and deliver effective training programs
• Build strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

• Experience implementing, administering, and integrating SaaS software required.
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and implement ideas in a dynamic changing environment.
• 5+ years’ experience in Procurement Systems Management, Source to Pay Process Design, or system implementation. Experience with Zip is a plus.
• Experience in the design and deployment of new systems and processes at scale with an emphasis on continuous process improvement.

The annual
base salary range
for this position is USD 105,000 - USD 130,000 Base Salary.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
