IXL Learning in San Mateo, CA seeks a Help Desk Specialist to join our office-based team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. You will provide advanced IT support for macOS, Windows, and Linux, mentor peers, and help optimize internal systems and processes.
You will manage Google Workspace, Vonage, Entra , and A/V setups, resolve complex tickets, and contribute to onboarding and documentation efforts to support our education-focused technology environment.
