Analyze end-to-end Commercial Supply Chain Operations to defining issues with planning/execution in Kinaxis Rapid Response and Oracle EBS. Develop future process for firming of work orders within the firmed plan window – as part of S&OP workstream. Facilitate workshops designed to define and document core business processes focusing Gilead's Manufacturing and Supply Chain execution processes. Define future procedure to implement Kinaxis Rapid Response to EBS Closed loop solution in order to automate work order creation process in EBS.
Highlight and prioritize pain points across people, process, data and technology and identify opportunities for improvement across end-to-end Supply Chain business process. Deliver work products e.g. SIPOCs, KPIs/metrics and Process Maps, Supply Chain implementation roadmap. Help develop/refine Key Performance Indicators, metrics and criteria to measure and assess Supply Chain operational performance. Develop and deploy business process in EBS and Kinaxis RR for Ship Plan, Ship Adherence and related KPIs/metrics.
Must have 10+ years of experience implementing and operationalizing Supply Chain core functions in S&OP – that involves Supply Chain systems e.g. Oracle EBS, Demantra, Kinaxis Rapid Response etc. 1 Year
