- Support day-to-day shipping and receiving operations across HQ.
- Coordinate domestic and international outbound shipments.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier pickups and shipment tracking.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of onsite events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of logistics staging areas and shared storage locations.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, supply chain support, workplace operations, or a related role.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on operational environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, carriers, internal teams, and employees across a variety of functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with parcel carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, and freight forwarders.
- Ability to lift and move packages and equipment up to 75 lbs.
