We are seeking a Project Lead to direct residential and commercial operations. This role requires a proactive problem solver to manage a team of 2–5 technicians while upholding rigorous safety and quality standards. As the primary client liaison and on-site sales representative, you will ensure seamless project completion, team productivity, and revenue growth through superior service.
Direct Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise a crew of 2–5 technicians. Provide on-site training, real-time coaching, and in-the-moment feedback to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Operational Excellence: Direct the cleaning of gutters, downspouts, windows, and sills and its components using CALA’s techniques and standards. Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress for on-time completion.
- Safety Coordination: Act as the designated safety officer on-site. Enforce rigorous protocols, ensure proper PPE usage, and lead by example to maintain a zero-incident environment.
- Field Problem Solving: Serve as the primary on-site problem solver, taking a proactive and independent approach to quickly resolving technical challenges and project issues with professional judgment and minimal supervision.
- Client Relations & Sales: Act as the primary point of contact. Greet clients, provide progress updates, and conduct final walkthroughs. Drive revenue by identifying service needs and closing in-person sales.
- Project Documentation: Capture high-quality before-and-after photos/videos, create inspection reports using CALA’s established templates and maintain accurate records within designated client profiles.
- Marketing: Assist with local brand exposure by strategically placing job-site signage, capturing digital before-and-after content, and occasionally represent the company at community festivals and promotional events to generate new client leads.

Experience:
2+ years in gutters, roofing, and window cleaning. - Team Management: Ability to lead 1–5 people independently.
- Technical
Skills:
Smartphone proficient (GPS/Scheduling apps) and basic computer skills. - Physical: Comfortable with heights/ledges; able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Safety & Legal: OSHA certified or willing to acquire certification (Provided by CALA), clean CA driver’s license, and US work authorization.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between job sites.
- Sales: Experience with on-site and cross-selling.
- Language: Fluent in conversational & written English;
Spanish is a plus. - Software: Knowledge of Jobber or Similar jobs management software.
