Over the last two years, Jump has developed a marketing flywheel to elevate our perception in the marketplace, widen our reach, grow our tribe, and generate new business leads. We’re hiring someone to help run that system—producing sharp content and managing rhythm and quality. You’ll collaborate with internal voices and creative partners to make it happen. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

We’re looking for a hands-on operator to take us to the next level with urgency, taste, and precision.

Responsibilities

You’ll own the execution of Jump’s marketing system across multiple channels, including:

  • Future Focused Letter. Help produce Dev’s weekly letter: fact check, copy edit, and publish letters to email, Substack, Forbes and
  • Social Media. Grow Jump’s online presence: post relevant and compelling content on Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and other channels.
  • Thought Leadership. Help Jumpsters create thought leadership: work with internal experts to develop, write, edit and publish white papers and articles.
  • Jump Podcast. Produce the Jump Podcast: record episodes, edit and publish recordings, create clips and track audience.
  • Jump Offsite. Support the production of Jump’s annual conference: research speakers, suggest participants, help develop the agenda.
  • Speakerships. Help coordinate speaking events for Jump thought leaders: connect with speaker bureaus, associations, and conference organizers.

This is an individual contributor role designed for someone early in their career who wants close exposure to senior thinkers and real responsibility.

Ideal Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top 25 nationally ranked university or college (or equivalent experience with excellence)
  • Experience in professional services
  • 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or journalism
  • Strong writing abilities across formats: email, web, social, and ideally audio
  • Familiarity with SME digital marketing tools:
    Linked In, Pipedrive (or similar CRM), Substack, Canva, Mail Chimp, Word Press, iMovie, Podbean
Compensation & Reporting

Internal Level: Senior Associate, Marketing

Bonus: Eligible for company-wide annual bonus

Reporting: Head of Marketing
